We, Juliette Caryl Morgan and Mareen Scholl, invite you to a weekend of being nerdy, creative and maybe lustful. Converse with the protagonists of your deepest fantasies, and discover more about your true desires. What do you really want in this world, in your sex life and in your relationships?
Embedded in a rich variety of somatic exercises, we will explore David Schnarch`s method of Lucid Masturbation for 2,5 days. Yes, we are going to masturbate together. Each day, in different ways. But this is just the vehicle for the deep dive into your subconscious. This workshop might give you inspiration and insights about compulsive behaviour in sexuality, porn, dating and relationships.
David Schnarch began developing this method in 2020, shortly before he died. There are different things you could do with lucid masturbation. We will enter a lucid state through embodied pleasure activation in order to engage with the images and protagonists of our fantasy. In this state we can consciously explore and even influence the storyline and its emotional imprint.
You can make your fantasies sexier. You can change them in a way that is nourishing, empowering and inspiring. You can let go of a fantasy altogether. Or create a new one. You can deepen, vary and expand your fantasy. For example, if you need to draw on specific scenarios in order to be aroused, then lucid masturbation might expand your spectrum. If you think you don`t have any fantasies, this method could help you develop some. Perhaps you may also better understand your mental or emotional vulnerabilities and compulsions and encounter them with more agency.
We will create a container for you to take a closer look at how you pleasure yourself and what brings you to peak arousal. But beware – you, your fantasies and the way you pleasure yourself may no longer be the same.
This deep dive needs some clear rules to create a safe container for exploration: We masturbate in a group setting to support each other, yet each person focuses on themselves. We will request you to turn your gaze inwards. You can also use a blindfold if you wish. It is not about performing, but about your own personal experience. We will connect to our own bodies, our self-love and desire. However, high arousal is not necessary. Connecting to the images in a sensual and curious way is enough. Your limits are welcome. There will be some possibilities to create a more private self-love corner or nest if you wish. Nakedness is welcome, clothing also.
This workshop may involve somatic exercises with duos or groups, however we will not be engaging in mutual intimacy, erotic or kinky play. We will explore and embody aspects of our fantasies (solo) but not stage and enact them. If you are interested in such explorations, we welcome you to also attend our 4-day workshop Let me be your Fantasy, which we offer usually every year.

Let me be your fantasy
Let me be your fantasy – says your head, your heart, your gut and your genitals. But where is the root of your eroticism, your passion?
You probably know exactly where your core erotic theme is anchored. It recurs again and again, in various scripts and scenarios, with changing casts and settings, perhaps with minor variations over the years, with shameful restraint or shameless and excessive indulgence. Sometimes aesthetically and elaborately staged, cultivated and emancipated as a personal kink or in sex-positive spaces. It can be an effective climax-booster, or used secretly during sex with partners or furtively under the covers to induce deep sleep. Perhaps also as a recurring theme or pattern that prevents, determines or inspires love affairs or relationships, initiating or ending them again.
In this workshop, we invite you to encounter your (core) fantasy and explore its layers. You will discover for yourself where it can lead you. We will stage the substance of your dreams, we will question the performers and protagonists, play with scenery and props and transfer the underlying dynamics to the body.
We will play with fantasies, question them, reconcile them, deconstruct them, bring them alive. In doing so, we will create opportunities for internal and external dialogue, while at the same time calling on your own creativity and spirit of inquiry.
There are no limits to the imagination, but be careful: once you get so close to your inner images, they may never be the same again. They may change in terms of colour and form, desire and longing. Perhaps it will become a wild, dynamic erotic play, a feast for the senses. Possibly questions and doubts, vulnerability and old wounds will surface. Maybe untold stories and new, unexpected images and desires will be created.
This workshop is for nerds, for the brave, the curious, the explorers. For those who want to know precisely, perhaps at the expense of their (usual) pleasure, perhaps for the benefit of others. The workshop may contain traces of kink, BDSM and nudity. Sex and love are not excluded. Four days can lead to confusion and enlightenment. The workshop can set intense personality processes in motion. It is advantageous if you know how to navigate sex-positive, gender-diverse and kink spaces, can communicate your boundaries and needs, and are willing to engage with yourself and a group. At the very least, you should have the good intention to do so.
Every form of expression is welcome, as are your boundaries and your limits at any time. The methods are inspired by sexological bodywork, constellation and parts work, lucid masturbation, feeding the demons, kink & BDSM and poetry.
